WHO WE ARE
At St Michael & All Angels we proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ which we understand as the good news that God created and loves the world, and that God loves every person equally and longs to draw them into closer relationship with Godself.
Because the life and ministry of Jesus teaches us that God does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, religion or social class, we aim for a style of worship that is inclusive whilst grounded within the liberal-catholic tradition of the Anglican Church.
We value our Anglican heritage, and celebrate its emphasis on the centrality of the sacraments, particularly the Eucharist.
Sharing bread and wine at the table of the Lord forms a focus around which our life as community is based, and is approached in such a way that our reverence and worship is balanced with flexibility and accessibility for both regular attendees and newcomers.
We look forward to meeting you, and hope you will join us on our pilgrimage of faith!
